Eurolink Motorway Operation Ltd is responsible for the winter maintenance activities on the M4/M6 Kinnegad to Kilcock PPP Motorway including precautionary and reactive treatments of the M4 Project Road.
The project road comprises the mainline M4 from marker post 22.1 to 57.5 and M6 from its junction with the M4 to marker post 1.93, including all interchanges and associated roundabouts:
The winter maintenance period commences on 1 October 2016 and lasts until 15 May 2017.
Eurolink Motorway Operation Ltd as the PPP Company on the M4/M6 Kinnegad to Kilcock has the responsibility for execution of the Winter Maintenance arrangements on the Project Road, with the aim of ensuring the safe movement of traffic, road users and the general public on the Project Road, and with the aim of minimising any delays caused by adverse weather conditions.
To ensure this Eurolink will monitor the road and weather conditions from 1 October 2016 until 15 May 2017 so that the necessary precautionary treatments are applied to the project road, and a rapid response is made to any deterioration of prevailing weather conditions or forecasts.
We remind drivers to exercise caution and reduce speed whilst travelling in adverse weather and to ensure that vehicles are winter-ready.
Eurolink's winter maintenance policy is available and can be viewed by third parties at the Customer Services Office in the Enfield Maintenance building.
